Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Senior Sales Specialist - Take Root.

The Senior Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the onboarding and sales activities of the company. This role would be remote unless living in the Denver/Boulder area.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of brands, collecting all sales collateral
  • Provide administrative support to the Take Root team by owning the management of essential brand documents and materials. This could include ensuring that we have the latest documents on    file including SellSheets, Spec Sheets, Price Sheets, certifications, Training Materials/Videos, POS Materials, Photographs and any additional Vendor collateral.
  • Have an understanding of CPG pricing
  • Take Root brand SharePoint Maintenance
  • Satellite support
  • Updating Vendor Contact Documents and Communicating to the Take Root team in a timely manner.  
  • Building and Maintaining Catalog/Index to document Vendor Product Updates including: Product Changes, Price Changes, New Item/Discontinuations, Package Changes, Distributor Updates, and Holiday Items
  • Communicating supplier changes and updates to the National Team in a timely manner
  • Coordinate team projects & trackers.
  • Support team objectives as needed (KAM & Distributor Coord)
  • Planning support as needed

‍Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in CPG industry
  • A college degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience in industry
  • Organic and natural experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude & communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Expert in pricing/distributor; ability to provide expert guidance to brands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, OneNote,SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
  • Asana platform
  • Must own a smartphone and computer for performing duties

‍Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly, based on experience
