A Sales Rep at Forward Farma is responsible for developing & maintaining positive customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and best in industry products at competitive prices.
 
Duties & Responsibility
  • Promote advertising and company on industry related websites.
  • Locate new sales channels to promote company and products
  • Prospect and contact potential customers.
  • Closing sales with potential customers over the phone or email.
  • Following-up with outstanding customer orders.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Coordinating, scheduling, shipping, and following-up on customer orders for shipping via various trucking companies.
  • Build and manage customers information.Fulfill duties assigned by supervisor.
 
Qualification $ Skills Required
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Proactive in finding information required to complete tasks
  • Strong writing and speaking skills for dealing well with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to quickly learn and retain new information
  • Strong Internet and Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Work, & Excel)
  • Attention to detail, high level of organization, and ability to follow instructions
  • Impressive telephone etiquette
  • Ability to stay positive and calm in difficult and/or trying situations
  • Ability to handle multiple, rapidly changing and conflicting priorities
  • Must be able to work flexible hours when neededStrong negotiation skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized and able to perform multi-task works.
  • Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
