A little about this role:
The National Brand Specialist is responsible for supporting the National Brand Manager team with administrative tasks, communication and projects. They are key to prioritizing brand and sales needs for the flow of business at Presence.

A day in the life:

  • National Brand Management Support – as a National Brand Specialist, you’d be responsible for assisting with routine and daily tasks as defined by the National Brand Manager(s). Building and Maintaining SharePoint and OneNote tools, upkeep of data in our systems, building PowerPoint presentations and brand overviews, creating surveys and various tracker projects, managing call schedules and onboarding new brands can be expected.
  • Attention to Detail – the ability to complete all forms and submissions with accuracy is critical. Be able to find discrepancies in item/promotion data, research those issues, and follow through to resolution.
  • Communication is key – you are expected to have value-added, solution-oriented, positive and timely communication (both internally and externally). This position is highly driven by deadlines, so being able to meet all deadlines and communicating along the way, is essential. National Brand Specialists are responsible for managing and prioritizing all incoming action requests. Quick turnaround times can often be expected.

What we are looking for:

  • Flexibility to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Knowledge and interest of the natural products/brands and retail landscape is a plus
  • Proficient computer (MS Office applications) skills - including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, One Note, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint & Forms
  • Flexibility to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage time and deadlines
  • Dependable and able to problem solve with a wide variety of scenarios

Salary: Full time position, salary commensurate with level of experience, location and current market landscape
