Position Type – FT Independent Sales Representative/Territory Manager

Pay – Contracted - Commission-based with Retainer

Location – Eastern Florida 

Start Date – By November 1st

·      2 years experience in natural products sales and brand representation and/or natural retail management

·      Strong knowledge of natural products and supplements

·      A passion for health, wellness, and natural products

·      A passion and drive for sales growth and business development

·      Ability to prioritize, be organized, and remain customer-facing

·      Reliable transportation, computer, phone, internet

·      Flexible availability (some nights and weekends)

·      Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and mobile applications (smartphone and computer)

·      Ability to be self-directed/resourceful and to multitask throughout each day

·      Must live in territory and be ready to travel

·      Some overnights required


·      Represent our brands to natural product retailers, both in a consistent call cycle and as-needed outside of call cycle

·      Effectively work with stores to merchandise, price, and stock product to improve sales

·      Introduce new brands and products to stores, execute sell-in/placement.

·      Execute sales and marketing plans in the field

·      Acquire and qualify sales leads, convert them into new business

·      Build and maintain personal presence and trusted relationships with accounts

·      Consistently update and maintain customer relationship management database and other selling tools

·      Communicate appropriately and timely to RDN Management

·      Execute product/brand demonstrations and trainings, as-needed or required to support brands and retailers
