The Green Goddess Brokerage is looking for a skilled outside sales representative to join our team. We need an enthusiastic individual who can interact with our existing retail partners. Any new salesperson will also be required to conduct cold calls to potential leads and visit accounts to establish new business. The Green Goddess Group brokers natural/organic products between the retailer and the manufacturer. We are dedicated to providing our customers with ingredients for a truly healthy life.

WHAT DOES A SALES REPRESENTATIVE DO? The Sales Representative will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, customer satisfaction and overall profitabil-ity.


•          Present, promote and sell products using to existing and prospective customers.

•          Perform cost–benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

•          Established, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

•          Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

•          Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

•          Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

•          Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

•          Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

•          Continuously improve through feedback.



•          • At least 2 years of sales experience within the organic ingredients market.

•          • Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

•          • Familiar with CRM software, systems and practices

•          • Basic analytical experience • Proficient typing skills

•          • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

•          • Excellent communication and presentation skills

•          • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

•          • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

•          • Strong time management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, schedule and manage time effectively 



•          Some travel required.
