We are looking for a talented and competitive Outside Sales Representatives. 

Organic Living Superfoods has re-branded to the Healthy Truth. We are manufacturers and distributors of organic, raw, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo snacks and superfoods. We specialize is sprouted flavored nuts, coconut crunches, protein bars, energy bites, and superfood powder blends. 

Your job will be to sell our products at wholesale (pre-packaged or in bulk) to businesses across multiple industries including:

Health Food Stores and Supermarkets
Juice Bars
Coffee Shops
Health clubs/gyms
Yoga/barre/spin studios
Health Spas
Convenience stores
Golf Courses & Shops
Colleges & Universities
Hotels and Resorts
Department Stores
...and more!

We work closely with well-known brands, such as: Whole Foods, Big Y, W Hotels, Tom Brady's TB12 Snacks, New England Patriots, Costco, and many others.

Outside Sales Reps play a fundamental role in growing our customer base and account database. You must be comfortable walking into retail locations, making dozens of calls per day, sending dozens of emails, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. 

Our products are NOT a hard sell! We are offering healthy snacks to a business' customer base. All of the businesses you will be contacting already offer food products to their customers....we just offer BETTER options...and they taste GREAT too. Don't worry, you will be able to eat plenty of them!

Responsibilities:

-Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
-Understand customer needs and requirements
-Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas (our sales manager will be available to hop on the phone and help close deals as well)
-Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
-Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory or industry
-Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
-Perform effective demos in accounts you close

Requirements:

-Proven outside sales experience
-Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Strong listening and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay Structure:

--Commission PLUS--
12.5% - 15% commission 
Bonuses for closing 5 new stores in 7 day blocks!
