Growing Professional Nutraceutical Brand Requires Sales Representatives

Independent Sales Representative Wanted

ROLE:
Develop the Health Care Practitioner business in your local market by broadening the brand account base, managing and educating all existing accounts, as well as reactivating lapsed accounts. Current Practitioner accounts comprise – General Practitioners, Naturopaths, Integrative/Functional Physicians, Cardiologists and Chiropractors. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the National Sales Manager;
- Grow sales in all Health Care Practitioner practices
- Increase sales with key existing accounts through support, training and incentive programs
- Re-engage lapsed accounts with the brand to reactivate and reengage them with the product line

Expand account base
- Leverage existing Health Care Practitioner relationships to introduce the brand
- Call on new Leads to gain listing and grow relationships
- Update and amend list based on sales progress and new prospect identification

Communicate with Marketing and Business Development team in head office
- Based on customer distribution, trends and opportunities; offer product and merchandising recommendations
- Available for bi-monthly check in to offer feedback and receive updates


EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in business to business sales, preferably in a related industry such as Professional nutraceutical or pharmaceutical sales etc.
- Proven skills in prospecting, networking, cold calling, building and managing a pipeline, presenting and closing
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding goals
- The drive and self-motivation of a hunter as well as the panache and interpersonal skills of a consultative sales professional 

NB: This role will be as an independent 1099 contractor and does not have a base salary.
