Green Gorilla is looking for dynamic, motivated entrepreneurial sales professionals to partner with us in selling and supporting wholesale/ retail store engagements for our plant-based, non-GMO, USDA certified organic, 99.7% pure Cannabidiol (CBD) Hemp Isolate that includes a range of supplements, cosmetics and pet care products. 

The targeted audience is health foods stores, vitamin stores, juice bars, salons, gyms natural medicine centers, pet stores, Chiropractic centers, neurology groups, e-tailers, dispensaries, supplement retailers, etc. This is an ideal product with strong and increasing demand to add to your existing book of business in the natural industry health space.

Primary Job Responsibilities / Requirements

- Outside sales experience

- Understanding and willingness to engage and close prospective customers

- Strong entrepreneurial drive, attitude of persistence and comfortable with sales process

- Experience building a book of business and breaking open a new market or territory

- Engage clients in telephonic and in-person interactions and deliver product information to the buyer.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, policies, procedures, contacts, and the hemp/cannabis industry; continual learning and training as required.

- Provides advanced details to customers during the course of conversation with ease and knowledge.

- Accountable for appropriate documentation, sample and promotional material fulfillment, follow up, and any additional actions to ensure superior customer experience.

- Ability to build strong relationships with decision makers.

-Travel to the client site for product introduction/ secure purchase order/ initial product training/ service account.

- Attends company events/ trade shows to introduce/ educate about Hemp & Olive CBD Oil products.

- Display flexibility and willingness to accept constantly changing project/program updates.

-Ensure timely and appropriate communication occurs with sales manager/ fulfillment regarding new accounts/ POs etc…


•Sales experience is a must, natural industry or supplements heavily preferred.

•Proven experience with outbound calling and following hard as well as warm leads preferred

•Highly articulate and persuasive verbal and written communication and listening skills.

•Demonstrated ability to learn, retain, and articulate technical and scientific-product related information, and provide unscripted responses on appropriate subject matter.

•Ability to perform in high-pressure and fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

•Superior rapport and relationship building skills.

•Self-motivated and results oriented with performance accountability.

•Well-developed decision-making skills.

•Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion to analyze and address territory opportunities.

•Strong ability to function effectively in a team environment.

•Powerful customer focus with ability to anticipate customer’s needs and plan ahead.

•Planning efforts demonstrate sophisticated and/or creative methods of increasing territory sales.

•Strong computer ability with basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.


Bachelor’s Degree required. Bachelor’s degree, science, biology concentrations a plus
