The Position: Northern CA Key Account/Territory Manager

Red Rock Sales & Marketing – Northern CA Territory/Key Account Manager

Join our growing family! Red Rock Sales is an exclusive natural products brokerage firm representing the industry’s most influential and efficacious brands. We are seeking a highly dynamic and motivated full time key account/territory manager.

This position requires passion for a healthy lifestyle AND the brands we proudly represent, reliability, and excellent communication/organizational skills. Consistency servicing our accounts is a must, with a combination of field/office time.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Sales experience preferred but not necessary for the right candidate.
  • Most importantly you must be positive, proactive, and goal oriented!
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about the natural products industry - especially supplements and body care.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with highly developed social skills
  • Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to manage and organize priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and accept constructive feedback
  • Home office space required.
  • Tech savvy a major plus-proficiency with Office Suite, Outlook, scanning, smart phone, Cloud File Storage.
  • Must possess reliable transportation in great condition to transport clients and vendors on territory tours and to key account meetings.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of current insurance required.
  • Able to accommodate some space in home office to car stock inventory, samples, literature and merchandising collateral in home space.

Varied work week may include evening travel with occasional weekend tradeshows. · Physically able to perform the essential functions of the job, i.e.: sit in the car for longer periods, stand and or walk for extended periods of time, use hands and/or legs for repetitive motion, lift at least 20lbs, sit at a desk for several hours at a time. · Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and sales skills with the ability to work effectively with team members, peers, management and external customer contacts.


Full time salaried position, 2 weeks or more PTO plus all National holidays, bi-annual bonuses and monthly SPIFF’s. Gas allowance.Endless opportunity for increased pay based on growing sales within the territory.
