The Position: Practitioner Sales Manager

Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we have a new opening for a Practitioner Sales Manager in our Lafayette, CO office.

The Practitioner Sales Manager is responsible for growing Quicksilver’s healthcare practitioner business by developing and leading the execution of a relationship development and sales strategy targeting account acquisition and growth, as well as the tactical and strategic management of all existing practitioner accounts. The Sales Manager will train, manage, and set priorities for Practitioner Account Managers in execution of channel sales strategy.

·         Achieve growth and hit sales targets through successful management of the practitioner channel sales team.

·         Participate in strategic planning and development of strategic positioning plan for the company within the healthcare practitioner channel.

·         Assist in development, maintenance and implementation of channel sales goals and metrics in accordance with company growth strategy.

·         Provide hands-on training and support for Practitioner Account Managers as they generate leads, develop new business, and enhance existing customer relationships.

·         Act as a resource and provide technical assistance and coaching to less experienced sales personnel.

·         Use knowledge of the practitioner market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

·         Manage sales productivity of the practitioner sales team including revenue, profitability and metric goals, as well as the execution of strategic and tactical sales goals and plans.

·         Understand the sales processes and advance continual improvement of effectiveness.

·         Share customer feedback to generate ideas for new products/protocols.

·         Become an expert on all QS products, protocols, and systems, and clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.

·         Understand customer specific marketing programs, providing support and input into their development and implementation to Practitioner Account Managers.

·         Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.

·         Work with data team to analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.

·         Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.

·         Control resources/work within predetermined budget parameters.

·         Represent QS team at requested practitioner-oriented events, tradeshows and conferences.

·         Ensure customer compliance with established standard policies and procedures.



Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or related field. In addition, person must have 5 years+ experience in practitioner/pharmaceutical sales and be proficient in MS Office suite. Must be able to travel to customer locations, conferences and events as needed. Travel may include local and overnight/weekend travel.


Ideal Candidates have the following traits:

·         Sales management experience in the health or nutraceutical industry.

·         Experience using CRM software (HubSpot) and WooCommerce.

·         Demonstrates team leadership skills with a hands-on management style in developing team members.

·         Strong client-facing and communication skills.

·         In-depth understanding of the sales process with a customer solutions mindset.

·         Working knowledge of sales/customer service software, databases and tools.

·         Ability to think analytically, strategically and to work as a team.

·         Numerical abilities, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work and market environment.

·         Building internal partnerships – Relates well and communicates effectively with individuals at all organizational levels to gain trust and build effective relationships. Uses diplomacy and tact to handle high tension situations comfortably.
