CORPORATE OFFICE

 

Position Overview:

 

This position exists at the corporate level to provide sales & marketing support in Business development to the S&M manager. The incumbent of this position is responsible to complete a variety of tasks and in a very sensitive, and in confidential environment. The primary purpose of this position is to reduce the sales & Mkt. workload for the S&M manager. We are involved in manufacturing & distribution of major brands of Natural & Organics HBA products

 

This position functions at the top of the corporate ladder and for this reason must at all ties present a professional demeanor which compliments the Company’s image in dealing with the public, customers, suppliers and distributors. We are a sales driven company which must demand the most positive spirit, attitude and appearance from all of its employees.

 

Skills and Knowledge Required:

 

The incumbent of this position must exhibit self-confidence as well as a team spirit in working with other individuals in the immediate office and in other offices within the organization. This person will often reach across organizational lines for information, files and documents to complete assigned tasks. Cooperation is required at all levels.

 

Communication skills are second only to human relation skills in the performance of this job. This person must possess exceptional writing skills. Must be capable of speaking with customers from a wide cultural divergence including distributors/buyers from many countries.

 

Must possess exceptional organizational skills. In addition, this person is required to have a professional working knowledge of Microsoft office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT and other administrative systems, which may be required to complete assigned tasks.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Coordinate with Brokers and implement strategy to gain distribution & evaluate their performance level. Review and maintain existing customers. Forecast sales revenue & establish marketing budget. Develop new sales and distribution channel. Planning all promotions, discounts MCB’s etc. Setting up specific program for new & potential customers. Assist in Preparing details sales & marketing plan for all brands. Defining and identifying new markets and developing a maximum penetration plan. Coordinate and evaluate marketing materials. Planning agendas & events, seminar, trade shows and sales training. Attend exhibit & trade shows.

 

The person in this position is required to function with a level of independence and self-initiative and must be capable of completing multiple tasks at the same time. This person reports directly to the Director.  This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this position. Some travel may be required. Normal hours will be those of the corporate office.

 

Qualifications:

 

Minimum qualifications for this position are:

·       At least four years college degree in Business Admin or related field and  five years of progressively increased experience in Sales & Mkt.Natural products/Mass market’s industry.
