The Position: Inside Sales Representative - Burlington, NJ


 Under general supervision, provides support to Sales department. Plays a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth objectives. 

2.0       Responsibilities: 

·         Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

·         Regular follow-up for existing customers

·         Understand customer needs and requirements

·         Find new prospects through website or industry magazines

·         Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

·         Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

·         Answers product questions

  • Organize ACT database by updating companies and contact information
  • Maintains good customer relations (phone manner: polite/friendly/patient)
  • Minimal travel


3.0       Qualifications:

·         A minimum of 3 years experience in Sales functions

·         Strong phone presence and experience

·         Knowledge of, and experience with, Microsoft Office, Outlook

·         Preference with knowledge of ACT database

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills, willingness to learn, adaptability, flexibility.

·         Must be organized, detail oriented, work well independently and with a team
