The Position: Inside Sales - Professional Div

OVERVIEW: This role is designed to effectively manage and grow a territory of existing practitioner accounts as well as prospect and develop new business over the phone

10) Skilled knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Manage and grow existing practitioner accounts over the phone

*Generate new business through outbound prospecting and management of lead list

*Work as a highly functioning and contributing member of Inside Sales team

*Work strategically with each account, and the territory as a whole, to achieve key objectives

*Consistently meet or exceed personal productivity goals (phone calls, phone time, etc.)

*Consistently meet or exceed new account obtainment goals

*Consistently meet or exceed distribution and new product launch sales goals (total pitches, deals, revenue, etc.)

*Consistently meet or exceed overall territory revenue and growth goals

*Management of business tracking tools – distribution grids, promotional calendars, etc. as needed

*Management of new customer setup form, MAP forms and any other company forms needed

*Maintain strong working knowledge of product assortment, competitive landscape and DSHEA as it relates to communicating with customers

*Trade show management and participation when required (up to 20% travel)

 ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To the company’s mission and to the entire community at Natural Immunogenics, both internal and external, to include co-workers, suppliers and trade partners.

TRADE SUPPORT COORDINATOR – PROFESSIONAL DIVISION

PROFESSIONAL NSM AND SVP SALES & MARKETING

DIRECTOR – INSIDE SALES

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES

PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES:

*Ability to continuously sit or stand

*Ability to make phone calls and work via email

*Ability to lift and/or carry 40lbs

 OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

*Must be able to travel occasionally as required and have a valid driver’s license

*3-5 years practitioner channel sales experience

*2-4 year degree preferred
