The Position: Procurement Analytics Senior Manager

The Procurement Analytics Senior Manager will work closely with the Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing to develop demand analysis tools and MRP models, implement new Procurement processes and procedures, create databases containing critical business intelligence, analyze data using Excel or other data analytics add-ons and tools, work on identifying areas of improvement and implementation of corrective actions, monitoring on-hand inventory for raw materials and packaging at multiple sites, proactively identifying potential risks and preventing obsolescence, balancing inventories between different sites creating business reports and analytics, presenting data to the senior management team with appropriate recommendations and action plans, manage special projects, execute phase-in and phase-out plans for raw materials and packaging, and perform other duties as assigned.

Technical Skills: this job categorically requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Excel, Access, SQL, Visual Basics, and other databases, MS Outlook, WORD, Power Point and ERP Systems, General knowledge and prior experience (QuickBooks, Dynamic GP, MAS, SAGE, NetSuite).


  • ·        BS/BA in Operations, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a relevant field.
  • ·        APICS “Certified in Production and Inventory Management” (CPIM) and/or “Certified Supply Chain Professional” (CSCP) highly desired.
  • ·        Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
  • ·        Candidate must be an expert level user of Microsoft Excel. In addition, knowledge of Visual Basics (VBA), MS Access, SQL and other databases is strongly preferred. To be considered, only candidates that possess expert knowledge of Excel must apply.
  • ·        Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases, and ERP systems.
  • ·        Analytical mindset coupled with a strong business acumen.
  • ·        Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • ·        Excellent attention to detail.
  • ·        Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • ·        Outstanding organizational and management skills


  • ·    Position located within Orgain’s Innovation & Support Center, Irvine, CA.
  • ·        Some travel may be required depending on the business needs.
