You’ll join a team that takes pride in the work we do and the products we make and sell. We are a small and dynamic company with offices in Portland, Oregon, and Shanghai, China. If you have what it takes and can contribute, you will be one of three people in our Portland office where the team dynamics are essential. You will have a unique opportunity to learn many aspects of our business.


Primary Job Responsibilities:


  • Receive, process, and confirm purchase orders with customers.
  • Process orders promptly. 
  • Communicate directly with the customer regarding stock availability, pricing, shipping estimates, credit card payments, and all other order related tasks.
  • Online order processing through both B2C and B2B channels.
  • Send order data to warehouses through appropriate channels. 
  • Coordinate freight shipping as needed for large orders.
  • Process and provide to the customer an invoice and tracking information for all shipped orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and daily PO spreadsheets.
  • Process credit card payments.
  • Handle Accounts Receivables.
  • Provide customer support via email and phone.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide assistance, or direct to appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare and ship sample orders as needed.
  • Assist with other projects in the office as needed.


  1. Ability to communicate effectively with a strong sense of teamwork 
  2. Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  3. Must have strong people/customer service skills 
  4. Solid MS Office and Computer Skills
  5. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Basic arithmetic skills
  7. Time Management Skills - The ability to prioritize responsibilities
  8. Ability to handle varying workloads
  9. Strong attention to detail required. Accuracy counts.
