  • Establishing Sales Strategy
  • Annual Sales Forecasting
  • Annual Budget Management
  • Creating Annual Customer Plans
  • Establishing and Managing Broker Relationships to execute against company sales goals
  • Working Trade Management
  • Directly supervising the Sales Team


  • Seven (7) or more years’ experience in Sales in the dietary or nutritional supplements, Pharmaceutical and/or consumer package goods industries
  • Proven results in developing and executing sales strategy
  • Demonstrated success in direct supervision of sales staff
  • Proven results in establishing and managing broker relationships
  • Current knowledge of industry-specific competitive strategies and best practices
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience
