Major Responsibilities:

§ Heading the Marketing & Business Development of Herbal Products  around 3 million USD

§ Reporting to CEO

§ Business development and exploring new revenue and brand building

§ Take part/organize events/Exhibitions/B2B meetings to get new business leads

§ Support the development of business unit strategy & identify business opportunities

§ P&L responsibility with mandate to transform the company and oversee all related Sales, Marketing.

§ Prepare budgets for the company including estimates of all revenue & costs heads, for monthly, quarterly & annual plan to achieve the same.

§ Responsible for Company’s positioning, Account and new geographies penetration strategy, Identify market opportunities, gaps and threats.

§ Responsible for existing account management and ensure customer satisfaction and account Mining for additional business through development of engagement by cross-selling.

Desired Profile

§ 10+ Years of experience on Herbal Products Sales.

§ Bachelor's degree in Science, business, or marketing or equivalent education and experience.

§ Deep understanding of herbal extraction / herbal products

§ Possess skills to drive business growth, capitalize on new revenue potential and manage multiple aspects of daily business operations.

§ Target driven, leads from the front, Good Negotiating Skills.

 Summary

CTC – 100,000 USD per annum
