Responsibilities & Duties: 
  • Drive the strategic design and execution of HR initiatives to align with our organizational vision.
  • Provide strategic counsel to the executive team on HR, talent management, and organizational growth.
  • Champion a holistic approach to HR functions, from talent acquisition to performance management.
  • Cultivate positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Craft competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead initiatives that champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations through vigilant monitoring.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes that inspire excellence.
  • Guide and mentor the HR, Safety, and Training teams to achieve peak performance.
Qualifications: 
  • Extensive experience in progressive HR leadership roles, with significant tenure in senior leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for driving cultural change and organizational growth.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and related technologies.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cultural transformations and change management
