Responsibilities & Duties:
- Drive the strategic design and execution of HR initiatives to align with our organizational vision.
- Provide strategic counsel to the executive team on HR, talent management, and organizational growth.
- Champion a holistic approach to HR functions, from talent acquisition to performance management.
- Cultivate positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Craft competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead initiatives that champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations through vigilant monitoring.
- Develop and implement performance management processes that inspire excellence.
- Guide and mentor the HR, Safety, and Training teams to achieve peak performance.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in progressive HR leadership roles, with significant tenure in senior leadership.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for driving cultural change and organizational growth.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and related technologies.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading cultural transformations and change management
