The Route Sales Support Driver builds solid, positive working relationships with customers and is highly motivated to exceed their expectations and requirements

Job Summary

Consumer Products company is seeking a Full Time Route Sales Representative to sell and merchandise our products in established grocery accounts in Los Angeles, CA and surrounding areas.

We are looking for the ideal candidate who has experience in the all natural channels, calling on natural buyers. 

We take care of ALL expenses associated with a company van.

Job Description

Identify opportunities to increase sales

Interact with store level and district level management of key retailers to maximize sales

Maintain a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel

Merchandise products according to Company standards

Work as a team with sales office and management by communicating issues, following intro and schedule and being flexible with schedule changes


Must be a minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and excellent driving record

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Customer service experience with a wide variety of consistent customer contact

Demonstrated experience selling products and generating new business

Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to identify/solve customer concerns

A minimum of 1 years route sales representative experience with food, beverage or mass channels preffered

Ability to lift and carry products weighing over 30 lbs

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
